BECOME AN EXHIBITOR


EXHIBITOR FEES

EARLY BIRD (UNTIL AUGUST 25, 2017): $75 or $100 (with electricity) + HST.

Regular exhibitor fees are $100 or $125 (with electricity) plus HST (13%), and includes the following:

  • 8 x 8 foot exhibitor space
  • 6-foot concession table
  • Table linens and skirting
  • 2 concession chairs for table staff
  • Garbage cans and garbage removal services
  • Access to electricity (for a fee) and water
  • Parking and access to the venue elevator for unloading

Please note, kitchen facilities are not available at the Caboto Club. Warming trays and small hotplates are permitted at concession tables. Fees must be paid online at the time of application.

B2B Networking exhibitor fees are $50 plus HST (13%), and includes the following:

  • Access to exhibit in the B2B Networking Lounge
  • 1 cocktail table for promotional materials and space to set-up 1 vertical banner

ELIGIBILITY

CONSUMER BUSINESSES: The Small Biz Expo is a consumer show. Small and medium-sized businesses located in Windsor or Essex County are eligible to apply for exhibitor space. Applications must be submitted and paid for online. WindsorEssex Economic Development Corporation reserves the right to vet applications and limit the number of vendors per industry so as to provide attendees with a diverse range of businesses and products. Unsuccessful applications will be refunded in full. Non-profit organizations, franchises, independent consultants/distributors and business to business (B2B) vendors are not eligible to apply for exhibitor space. Exhibitor locations will be determined by the expo committee. All exhibitor applications will be reviewed according to to the terms and conditions (see full application), and space is allocated on a first-come basis.

BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS: Local businesses that predominantly sell products or services to other businesses are not eligible for exhibitor space on the main floor. Networking in our Entrepreneur Lounge and sponsorship opportunities are available. Please see the FAQ for more information becoming a sponsor. These businesses can purchase a B2B ticket for the right to display a promotional banner, network and educate attendees about their business in the Entrepreneur Lounge. Applications must be submitted and paid for online. WindsorEssex Economic Development Corporation reserves the right to vet applications and limit the number of B2B exhibitors representing an industry. Unsuccessful applications will be refunded in full. All exhibitor applications will be reviewed according to to the terms and conditions (see full application), and space is allocated on a first-come basis.
